Terms and Conditions – PURE HOME TENERIFE
Welcome to PURE HOME TENERIFE. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for your stay in Tenerife.
By completing a reservation, you (the "Guest") acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below, which form a binding contract between the Guest and the property proprietor, Patricie Ritterova (the "Property").

1. Reservation and Payment Policy
1.1. Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered provisional until full payment is received. To secure and confirm your booking, the total amount of the reservation is required. We encourage guests to remit payment promptly upon booking to guarantee their dates.
1.2. Payment Deadline and Auto-Cancellation: Full payment for the reservation must be received no later than 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
1.3. Failure to Pay: If the full payment is not received by the 31-day deadline, the Property reserves the right to treat the booking as void and it will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
1.4. Short-Notice Bookings: For any bookings made 31 days or less prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation is due immediately upon booking.
1.5. Taxes: All prices are inclusive of the applicable Canarian General Indirect Tax (IGIC) and any other local service taxes.
2. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to purehometenerife@gmail.com. The date the email is received will determine the applicable cancellation fees.
2.1. Cancellation Charges: The cancellation policy is based on the total cost of the reservation:
- Cancellation 61 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund (100%) of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee will be retained (50% of the total reservation cost).
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, or in the event of a "No-Show": A 100% cancellation fee will be retained (the total reservation cost is non-refundable).
2.2. Cancellation by the Property: We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of non-payment (as per section 1.3) or due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In the unlikely event of such a cancellation, we will provide a full refund of all monies paid.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in Time: 15:00 (3:00 PM) – 22:00 (10:00 PM)
- Check-out Time: 05:00 (5:00 AM) – 11:00 (11:00 AM)
3.1. Arrival Information: Guests are required to inform the Property of their estimated arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.
3.2. Legal Requirement (Guest Registration): In accordance with Spanish law (Organic Law 4/2015), all guests aged 16 and over must present a valid passport or national ID card (for EU citizens) upon check-in. This information must be registered with the local authorities (Policía Nacional / Guardia Civil). The Property reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who fails to provide this mandatory documentation.
4. House Rules and Guest Obligations
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or immediate eviction without a refund.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Occupancy: It is not permitted to accommodate a higher number of people than specified in your booking.
- Parties and Noise: Parties or events are not allowed. Guests must not make noise or listen to loud music that disturbs the peace of neighbours. Community quiet hours must be observed after 22:00 (10:00 PM). In case of well-founded complaints from neighbours, the police may be notified, and you may be asked to leave the apartment immediately.
- Pets: It is not allowed to keep dogs, cats, or other pets in the apartment.
- Keys: Guests will receive a key upon arrival for the gate at the rubbish area and several entrance doors to the Parque Santiago 2 complex. Guests are not allowed to make key duplicates. Keys must be returned upon departure.
- Damages: Guests must inform the owner in case of damaging the equipment of the apartment. Guests are responsible for all damages caused to the property, must inform the Property about them as soon as possible, and agree to cover the respective costs of these damages.
- Linens and Towels: Please treat all linens with care. A compensation fee will be charged for any items left permanently stained (e.g., by creams, oils, make-up) or missing. The fee is €15 per towel and €20 per bed sheet.
- Cleanliness: Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Do not leave trash or dirty dishes in the apartment upon departure.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Cleaning during your stay can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
- Energy Conservation: When leaving the apartment, please turn off the air-condition, lights, household appliances, and ensure all taps and windows are closed.
5. Liability
5.1. Personal Belongings: The Property is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
5.2. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal belongings, cancellations, and medical emergencies.
6. Governing Law
These terms and your reservation are governed exclusively by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This is a placeholder and won't appear on the live site.
