Cancellation Policy – PURE HOME TENERIFE


At PURE HOME TENERIFE, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. We have structured our cancellation policy to be as clear and fair as possible.

To cancel your reservation, you must send a notification in writing via email to: purehometenerife@gmail.com.

The date your email is received will determine the applicable cancellation fees, which are based on the total cost of your reservation.


Cancellation Refund Structure

  • Cancellation 61 days or more prior to arrival: You will receive a 100% full refund of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellation between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee (50% of the total reservation cost) will be retained. You will be refunded the remaining 50%.
  • Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival: The reservation is 100% non-refundable. No refund will be issued.
  • "No-Shows" (Failure to arrive): If you do not arrive for your booking without prior cancellation, the reservation is considered 100% non-refundable.


Important Notes


1. Travel Insurance We strongly and unequivocally recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance should cover any potential costs incurred from unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

2. Cancellation by Non-Payment As stated in our Terms and Conditions, full payment is required 31 days prior to your arrival. Failure to pay the total balance by this deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation, and this will be treated as a cancellation made 30 days or less prior to arrival (i.e., 100% non-refundable).

3. Cancellation by the Property In the extremely unlikely event that we must cancel your confirmed booking (due to force majeure or reasons other than non-payment), we will notify you immediately and provide a 100% full refund of all monies paid.
