A medal-worthy location, beautiful view from the balcony, super-equipped, functional and tastefully decorated apartment (colors, selection of details, lighting!!! - someone really thought through all the solutions). Fantastic contact with the owners. I rarely give anything the highest rating, but in the case of this stay, no other option would have been adequate :) Great place!

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Spotless, chic and better than some high end hotels visually. Amazing location for Las Americas, back gate takes you out at surfers beach and golden mile not even 5 minute walk. Incredible value. Complex was so secure and quiet. Pool area was maticulously kept & the staff there so nice. Towels laid and kept from 7am by holiday makers was not happening here. Would and absolutely will be coming back. Nice to have the main bedroom and bathroom upstairs to free up social space.

Absolutely everything!! The whole apartment is top notch!! The addition of a downstairs toilet, as well as a full bathroom upstairs was fab! The bed was super comfortable too! Hands down, the best apartment we have ever stayed in abroad!! Communication was very good and quick responses too!!

  • How does the check-in work? Do you have a reception?

    Check-in: after 15:00 (3:00 PM)


    Check-out: until 11:00 (11:00 AM)


    We operate with a modern digital check-in system, so there is no traditional reception desk. 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a link to our online check-in form. Once completed, you will receive your unique access codes for our Nuki Smart Lock system. This allows you to enter the apartment directly and securely at your convenience.

  • What amenities are provided in the apartment?

    Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances and comfortable living areas. 

  • Swimming Pools & Sunbed Information

    Enjoy our beautiful heated saltwater pools and dedicated children's areas, perfect for a swim all year round. To ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety, the pool areas are professionally supervised by dedicated staff who are on-site every day.

    Sunbed: 3 € / day


    Mattress: 1 € / day


    Umbrella: 1 € / day


    Parque Santiago 2 – Rates:


    Sunbed: 3.5 € / day


    Mattress: 1.5 € / day

    The fees are collected directly by the pool attendants and cover the daily maintenance, sunbed service, and lifeguard supervision. To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide high-quality beach towels in your apartment free of charge.
