We fell in love with the island’s unique charm and natural beauty during our visit and were inspired to create for our guests home feeling environment that would allow them to experience Tenerife in the most exquisite way possible.

Parque Santiago 2 office can offer you some key administration and technical services. 

Office hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm.

The community pool with heated salt water has been managed by third party company which offers a permanent service at the Parque Santiago 2 pool incl. care about quiet and safe enviroment, making sure that there are only Parque Santiago 2 residents, keeping the behaviour rules at the pool and taking care about the maintenance of the equipment and enviroment. It means there are some costs involved to keep the quality of pool experience. Pool opening hours in summer are from 09:00 to 19:00, in winter from 09:00 to 18:00. You will find the beachtowels in your apartment which you can use.

The pools fees per day and per person-sun lounger 3,50 €, mat 1,50 €, sunshade 1,50 €. 

In Emergency you can call Concierge (+34)619736063 from 05:00 pm to 7.00am from Monday to Friday and 24 hours on weekends.

We would like to ask you to respect the following rules:

- smoking is not allowed 

- it is not allowed to accommodate higher number of people than how many were specified in your booking

- parties or events are not allowed, you can not make noise and listen to loud music, disturbing the peace of neighbors after 22:00 (in case of well founded complains from neighbors, the police could be notified and you could be asked to leave the apartment immediately)

- it is not allowed to keep dogs, cats or other pets in the apartment 

- guests receives upon their arrival two sets of 2 keys – one key is from the apartment and the second one to several entrance doors to Parque Santiago 2 complex. Guest are not allowed to make key duplicates. Guest must return the keys upon their departure.

- guests have to inform the owner in case of damaging the equipment of the apartment. Guests are responsible for all damages caused in the property, inform about them as soon as possible and to cover respective costs of these damages.

- in case of dirty beddings with stains from creams, oils, make ups etc. or something will be missing – the guests will pay the compensation fees–1 towel : 15 EUR, 1 sheet: 20 EUR 

- please keep the apartment clean and tidy

- cleaning during your stay can be arranged based on your request for a fee 

- once you are leaving the apartment, turn off the air-condition, lights, household appliances and close the taps and windows.

- please do not leave trash and dirty dishes in the apartment
